SHORT DESCRIPTION

Mine belt conveyors with a drive unit capacity from 90 to 315 kW are designed for operation in coal and shale mines dangerous for gas and dust, and for receiving coal with a lump size of no more than 500 mm and rocks with a lump size of no more than 300 mm, transporting rock mass and transporting people in straight-line mining in terms of workings.

Mine belt telescopic conveyors (up to 90 kW) are designed for receiving rock mass with a size of coal pieces no more than 300 mm and a size of rock pieces no more than 150 mm from a periodically moving tunneling combine and transporting it through precinct workings directly adjacent to the treatment faces.

The PSHV mine feeder is designed for the release of rock mass with a humidity of up to 8%, a bulk density of 2.5 – 3 t/ m3, the maximum overall size of a piece of transported rock mass of no more than 1000 mm from ore-dumping rising in underground mines of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, as well as mining chemistry, not dangerous for gas and dust.

The conveyor belt winding device is designed for mechanized winding of the conveyor belt into a roll when the conveyor is shortened or lengthened.
