The tunneling pulley is designed to support and guide the lifting rope in the trunks of single-rope cage and skip lifts of coal and mining mines.

The copra pulley is used in mines and mines to guide the cable and maintain it when descending into the face or removing working equipment from there.
In practice, products of large diameters are chosen for lifting ropes — from 1.6 m and above. A smaller caliber is used for hanging tunneling equipment.
